1. Use of Our Website
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

3. Reservations & Payments
All vehicle reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Pricing, fees, and payment terms will be clearly displayed at the time of booking. By completing a reservation, you authorize Luxion to charge the provided payment method for any applicable fees, including but not limited to:
- Rental charges
- Security deposits
- Additional mileage or late return fees
- Damage, cleaning, or violation charges
We reserve the right to modify pricing and availability at any time without prior notice.
4. Cancellations & Modifications
Cancellation and modification policies may vary depending on the type of booking (e.g., private rental vs. platform-based rentals). These policies will be clearly stated during checkout. Luxion reserves the right to cancel any reservation for reasons including but not limited to: vehicle unavailability, non-payment, or violation of eligibility requirements. In such cases, any prepaid amounts may be refunded in accordance with our policies.
5. Vehicle Use Terms
When renting a vehicle from Luxion, you agree to:
- Operate the vehicle safely, lawfully, and in accordance with the rental agreement provided at pick-up.
- Not allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle.
- Return the vehicle in the same condition it was provided (excluding normal wear and tear).
- Be responsible for any traffic violations, tolls, or damages incurred during the rental period.
Additional rules, insurance requirements, and liability terms are outlined in the Rental Agreement, which must be signed before taking possession of the vehicle.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including logos, branding, images, text, videos, and layout—is the property of Luxion or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
7. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Luxion. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding availability, functionality, or error-free operation of the Site.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxion and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services.

11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
