  • Service providers who help us operate our business, such as payment processors, insurance verification providers, booking/reservation software, and email or SMS communication platforms;
  • Fleet partners, in limited circumstances, if the vehicle you’re renting is owned by a consigning partner and coordination is necessary to fulfill your reservation;
  • Legal and safety authorities, if required to comply with a subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Luxion Elite, our customers, or the public; and
  • Successors, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and support advertising (for example, Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing).
